Oven-Baked St. Louis Style Ribs

These oven-baked St. Louis style ribs are seasoned with a dry rub, baked until tender, and finished with a sticky barbecue glaze in about 2 hours.

  • 1 teaspoon eachgarlic powder and onion powder

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 300°F (149°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. 2Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry.
  3. 3Mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then rub all over the ribs.
