Frequently asked questions
Good questions, answered.
Why remove the membrane from the ribs?
Removing it allows the seasoning to penetrate better and results in more tender ribs.
Can I make these ahead?
Yes, bake ahead through the foil-wrapped step, then refrigerate and finish with the barbecue sauce and broiling right before serving.
