This sheet pan steak dinner roasts seasoned steak bites alongside vegetables for an easy, mostly hands-off meal ready in about 25 minutes.

What you'll need
- 1.5 lbssirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lbbaby potatoes, halved
- 2 cupsgreen beans, trimmed
- 3 tablespoonsolive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoongarlic powder

Let's cook
- 1Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Toss the potatoes with 1.5 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread on the sheet pan.

- 4Toss the steak bites and green beans with the remaining olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and add to the empty side of the pan.
