What you'll need
- 12 ozlinguine
- 1.5 lbslarge shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 5 tablespoonsbutter, divided

- 1/4 teaspoonred pepper flakes
- 1/2 cupwhite wine or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoonslemon juice
- 2 tablespoonsfresh parsley, chopped

- 1Cook the linguine in salted boiling water according to package directions, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- 2Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons butter and the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- 4In the same skillet, add the garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
