These air fryer crab cakes are golden and crisp outside with a tender, sweet crab filling, made with less oil than the classic pan-fried version.

What you'll need
- 1 lblump crab meat
- 1/2 cuppanko breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoonsmayonnaise
- 1egg
- 1 teaspoondijon mustard
- 1 teaspoonOld Bay seasoning
- 2 tablespoonschopped chives or parsley

Let's cook
- 1In a bowl, gently combine the crab meat, panko, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Old Bay, and chives, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
- 2Form the mixture into 8 patties and chill for 15 minutes to help them hold together.
